Description
The Machine Operator will operate rotational molding machines under supervision, monitor demolded plastic parts for quality, perform material filling, deburring, molding, bench operations, and product inspection, and conduct prescribed preventative maintenance. The role requires attention to safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale, and inventory; the ability to work independently, follow detailed instructions, communicate production needs, and meet production expectations; and physical demands including standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting, and using personal protective equipment in a manufacturing plant environment. A high school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred, and prior rotational molding experience is preferred.
