Description
The RMS Manual Machinist sets up and operates manual machining equipment to manufacture, repair, and modify precision rotating and reciprocating components. The role includes reading blueprints, machining parts to tight tolerances, selecting and adjusting tools and fixtures, inspecting components, maintaining equipment, assisting with heavy lifting, and supporting production schedules and quality objectives. It is a full-time position based at RMS’s Fusion facility in Houston, Texas, requiring 40–45 hours per week, a high school diploma or GED, at least five to ten years of manual machinist experience, and a valid driver’s license.
