Description
The Maintenance Supervisor coordinates installation, maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and building maintenance for company machinery, equipment, and facilities. The role manages hourly maintenance personnel and contractors, schedules work and overtime, maintains inventory and records, supports production improvement, and oversees safety, environmental, and quality management systems. The position requires a community college education in a related field or five years of mechanical/electrical or related experience, supervisory and troubleshooting skills, a valid driver's license, and 24/7 availability may be required.
