The Window Manufacturing Operator performs window-unit assembly and material-handling tasks, including operating hand tools and equipment, lifting windows onto build tables and roller racks, moving carts, loading sash components, and offloading insulated glass units. The role also involves reading work instructions, performing quality audits, solving problems, and using computerized equipment. It requires at least one year of industrial manufacturing experience, occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds, and a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional overtime and weekends. The starting pay is $17.00.
