Analog Devices is hiring a Manufacturing Assembly Supervisor for its Chelmsford, Massachusetts aerospace and defense module manufacturing operation. The fully on-site first-shift role supervises microelectronic assemblers, supports training and staffing, monitors quality, safety, productivity, and delivery, uses MES and visual factory systems, prepares operational reports, and resolves routine problems. The position requires U.S. citizenship, a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of electronics manufacturing experience, MIL-STD-883/IPC-A-610 expertise, and proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and MES tools. The expected base salary is $72,000 to $99,000, with a discretionary performance-based bonus and medical, vision, dental, retirement, vacation, holiday, and sick-time benefits.
