Oatey is hiring a Warehouse Associate for its Cleveland manufacturing plant. The role performs material handling, put-away, replenishment, order selection and loading, cycle counting, returns, and other warehouse operations while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards. The position also trains and onboards new hires, develops training plans, and audits training processes. Candidates need 3–5 years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, computer literacy, forklift certification, and the ability to operate various material-handling equipment. Compensation is $15.99–$25.58 USD with a 5% target cash profit-sharing opportunity, plus health insurance and other benefits.
