Hungryroot is hiring an Outbound Team Lead to support the Outbound Supervisor in operating an outbound shift at its Indianapolis fulfillment center. The role coordinates order-setup activities, supports pick-to-light, product replenishment, quality assurance, and accurate shipping, coaches associates, maintains housekeeping, resolves inventory and efficiency issues, and may back up the supervisor. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of similar experience, physical ability to perform fulfillment work, and above-average computer skills; previous fulfillment experience is preferred.
