Description
This entry-level machine-shop role is responsible for shop parts inventory, pulling parts for fabrication jobs, maintaining parts records, cutting parts before job start, palletizing and staging materials, and moving heavy production parts using overhead cranes, magnet pick-ups, dollies, and forklifts. The position also includes general material handling, installing protective devices, and maintaining storage areas in hot and cold environments. A high school diploma or GED and past construction or machine-shop experience are required.
