Jor-Mac is hiring a 1st Shift Press Brake Operator to set up and operate press brake machinery, bend and form sheet metal and components, read blueprints and technical drawings, inspect and adjust parts, maintain equipment, troubleshoot production issues, and support quality and continuous improvement. The role is scheduled Monday through Thursday from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior press brake experience, blueprint-reading ability, mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
