Description
The Production Operator safely operates manufacturing equipment, monitors production lines and product quality, weighs and mixes raw materials, records batch information, performs quality and packaging checks, maintains inventory and work areas, and supports machine changeovers. The role requires a manufacturing or industrial plant setting, physical work including lifting over 50 pounds, shift availability, safety PPE, and English communication skills. A high school diploma or GED, prior manufacturing experience, forklift certification, and Lean Manufacturing knowledge are preferred. The stated salary is $20.00 per hour.
