Description
The Quality Technician supports manufacturing quality by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data; monitoring KPIs and non-conforming-product metrics; conducting audits and corrective-action trials; leading 8D and A3 problem-solving; supporting MRB, PFMEA, control plans, product qualification, and supplier quality activities; and promoting quality culture. The role may focus on quality engineering or supplier quality and requires an associate degree or two or more years of related experience, along with the ability to read technical drawings and communicate with non-technical personnel.
