Description
Fisher Barton is hiring a Tool & Die Tech III to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and adjust stamping dies, die components, and production tooling in a manufacturing environment. The role requires interpreting technical drawings, using manual and CNC equipment, producing parts to print tolerances, communicating with operators and supervisors across three shifts, and maintaining safety and 5S standards. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, a state-identified Tool & Die Maker Apprenticeship or at least five years of die construction and repair experience including stamping die experience, blueprint and punch-press knowledge, mathematical ability, and their own tools; CNC experience is preferred. The position is based in Watertown, Wisconsin, Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., with Saturday overtime, and includes health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
