Description
This hands-on non-production support role maintains, diagnoses, and repairs agricultural trucks, pickups, trailers, and related heavy equipment for the Load & Haul Department. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, diesel, hydraulic, electrical, brake, steering, and suspension repairs; welding and minor equipment modifications; breakdown response; recordkeeping; and coordination with leadership to reduce equipment downtime. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior heavy-duty truck or diesel-mechanic experience, knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle systems, a valid driver’s license, strong mechanical ability, safety compliance, and the ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work.
