The Jor-Mac Company is hiring a Turret Operator for a first-shift schedule Monday through Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. The role involves setting up, programming, and operating turret punch press machines, interpreting blueprints, loading materials, monitoring production, performing routine maintenance, inspecting finished parts, and following safety procedures. A high school diploma or equivalent and prior experience with turret punch presses or similar metal fabrication machinery are required; CNC programming, machine-operation certification, troubleshooting, and basic computer skills are preferred.
