Description
The Warehouse Operations Supervisor oversees warehouse receiving, selection, shipping, storage, deliveries, safety, compliance, and the performance of direct reports. The role manages schedules, coordinates warehouse activities, trains and evaluates employees, monitors operational and financial performance, and ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, maintenance, and regulatory requirements. It is a full-time position averaging 45 hours per week, with a starting salary of $85,000 per year and salary increases to $90,000 in Year 2 and $95,000 in Year 3. A high school diploma or equivalent and previous management experience are preferred, along with a bachelor’s degree.
