Description
The Cutting Line Operator operates and monitors a cutting line, ensures optimal production, performs quality checks under HACCP standards, resolves first-line malfunctions, and contributes to process improvements. The role follows a two-shift schedule with morning hours of 06:00–14:30 and afternoon hours of 14:30–23:00, with possible Saturday work at 150% pay. Compensation is €3,000–€3,200 per month including a 14% shift allowance, with additional vacation, holiday pay, bonus, pension, and travel reimbursement benefits.
