Description
Continental is hiring a two-year Mechatronics/Electrical and Instrumentation Apprentice to receive paid tuition and work experience while learning from maintenance technicians. The apprentice will troubleshoot and repair control devices, motors, transformers, PLCs, and electronic control systems; perform preventive maintenance; operate common machine tools and forklifts; and work on the shop floor. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, current enrollment in a Mechatronics or E&I technical college program in the second semester with a 2.8 GPA, U.S. work authorization, and willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts and physically demanding work. Continental does not sponsor employment visas or pay relocation expenses.
