Bosch is recruiting participants for a two-year personalized leadership development program designed to launch a career and develop leadership skills. The program includes four to six unique rotations, mentorship, complex project work, a six-month international assignment, networking opportunities, and personalized development based on the candidate’s interests. Candidates may come from commercial or technical backgrounds, with a degree in business, economics, IT, or a related field, or a degree in engineering; up to four years of experience is acceptable.
