Description
The Manufacturing Test Systems Development Lead will serve as the Vietnam technical lead for an international test development team, developing and independently programming test hardware and software for Bluetooth, BLE, Wi‑Fi, ZigBee, RF4CE, sensors, and LCD products. The role leads and mentors junior engineers, researches test methods, standardizes testing, improves yield and cycle time, supports NPI-to-mass-production transitions, and coordinates with product design, production, quality, and operations teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of high-volume manufacturing test experience, three years in a management role, and proficiency in C#, Python, or C++.
