KIPP NYC is hiring a full-time, in-person Associate, After School Assistant Program Director to support the day-to-day operation of an after-school program across its Bronx, Brooklyn, or Manhattan campuses. The role manages program administration, DYCD compliance and data, participant and staff records, student and family engagement, safety documentation, and operational projects, while serving as an acting program leader during the Program Director's absence. The position requires at least two years of experience in youth development, after-school programming, expanded learning, or a DYCD-funded program, offers a standard hourly rate of $23.08, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
