KIPP Philadelphia Public Schools is hiring a Building Substitute to provide flexible classroom coverage and support across its schools. The role includes whole-group and small-group instruction, differentiated lessons, classroom management, student supervision, tutoring, transitions, and other operational duties, with daily hours of 8:00–4:30.
