KIPP Philadelphia Public Schools is hiring Recess Aides to supervise elementary-aged children during outdoor or indoor recess, provide clear directions, redirect behavior, facilitate play, prevent bullying, communicate concerns to school staff, and maintain play equipment. The role is required on weekdays, typically from mid-morning through the afternoon, and pays $15.00–$18.00 per hour for approximately 20 hours per week.
