Girls Global Academy is hiring a STEM Teacher to deliver inquiry-based science, technology, engineering, and mathematics instruction to young women, develop curriculum-aligned lesson plans and assessments, use student data to differentiate instruction, and support advisory groups and parent communication. The role also includes hallway and dismissal support, professional development, and participation in school initiatives. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree with a content-area concentration, secondary classroom experience in an urban context, and strong teaching, communication, and classroom-management skills; a master’s degree and three years of urban experience are preferred. The position is based in Washington, DC, and applicants must be permitted to work in the United States without GGA-sponsored visa sponsorship.
