Jaan Health/Phamily is hiring a full-time Associate Creative Director in Manhattan, New York City, reporting to the Director of Marketing. The role leads visual art direction and end-to-end design execution for enterprise marketing, product marketing, sales collateral, ABM campaigns, digital experiences, events, and patient- or clinician-facing materials. It combines approximately 70% hands-on design production with 30% creative management and coaching, including mentoring junior talent and coordinating agencies and freelancers. The Associate Creative Director will maintain and evolve the brand design system, partner with demand generation and product marketing, pioneer generative AI design workflows, and establish creative operational workflows and quality processes. The role requires at least six years of progressive visual design and art direction experience, a strong portfolio, external resource management experience, design-tool proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
