Description
The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level development role preparing candidates for a Store Management position over 18–24 months. The typical schedule is 44 hours per week and may include evenings and weekends. Duties include supporting store business strategy and sales, providing customer service, building wholesale and retail relationships, completing store administration, maintaining safety and merchandising standards, supporting employee development, resolving complaints, and making outside sales calls with the Store Manager. The program requires a valid unrestricted driver’s license, authorization to work without sponsorship, and a bachelor’s degree by the start of the program; retail, sales, leadership, paint, CRM, and multilingual experience are preferred.
