Description
The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level development role preparing candidates for a Store Management position in 18–24 months. The typical schedule is 44 hours per week and may include evenings and weekends. Duties include supporting store business strategy and sales, customer service, product knowledge, wholesale and retail relationships, store administration, compliance, merchandising, employee development, complaint resolution, and outside sales. The program requires a bachelor’s degree, an unrestricted driver’s license, legal work authorization, and the ability to lift up to 70 pounds; retail, sales, leadership, paint, CRM, and multilingual experience are preferred.
