Description
Trane Technologies is hiring participants for its Accelerated Development Program in Supply Chain, a four-rotation program with an optional fifth rotation, each lasting six months. Participants rotate through Materials, Associate Procurement Program Management, Logistics, and Corporate Procurement in selected United States manufacturing plants, with two physical moves and relocation assistance for moves of at least 50 miles. The program is on-site five days per week and requires a relevant bachelor's degree, leadership experience, related internship or work experience, U.S. work authorization, and geographic flexibility. The annual base salary is $72,500, with health insurance and other benefits available from day one.
