Description
The AKS Internship Program offers a paid summer internship for college students in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology, or a similar field. Interns work full-time for 12 weeks from the Las Vegas, Nevada office, supporting environmental research, permitting, compliance, agency coordination, documentation, surveys, field studies, monitoring, and project risk analysis. The role is supervised by a Project Manager and mentor, with regular feedback and a final evaluation. Compensation is $19 to $25 per hour, with overtime at 1.5 times the regular rate.
