BNY is hiring for its 2027 Internal Audit Analyst Program, a 24-month rotational early-career program. Participants will support audit testing, walkthroughs, process and control reviews, risk analysis, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration across BNY’s business and operations. The program includes onboarding, mentorship, project work, and professional training, and is intended for candidates graduating in December 2026 or May 2027 in the United States with a strong business- or technology-related undergraduate focus and a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA. The base salary is expected to be $52,000 to $90,000 per year at commencement, with additional compensation and benefits depending on the position.
