BNY is hiring for its 2027 Client Coverage Analyst Program, a 24-month rotational early-career program for students graduating in December 2026 or May 2027. The program provides hands-on experience in client research, market analysis, presentations, account planning, pipeline tracking, opportunity analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with coverage, product, and strategy teams. Participants receive structured onboarding, mentorship, training, and exposure across BNY’s practices and platforms. The program prefers business- or technology-related majors, requires a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0, and does not require employment visa sponsorship.
