BNY is hiring for its 2027 Analyst Program in Engineering (Data Science), a 24-month rotational early-career program for students graduating in December 2026 or May 2027. Participants will apply data science and analytical methods, analyze and profile data, perform feature engineering, build automated models and tools, and partner with engineering and business teams. The program includes onboarding, mentorship, project work, and training, and offers a base salary of $52,000 to $110,000 per year at commencement, with additional compensation and benefits depending on the position.
