Description
The 2027 BNY Analyst Program – Engineering (Developer) is a 24-month rotational early-career program for high-potential students. Participants will contribute across the software development lifecycle, build and enhance applications, APIs, automation, developer tools, and platform capabilities, and support testing, release, monitoring, and continuous improvement. The program emphasizes JavaScript, Python, CSS, Java, AI-enabled engineering, secure delivery, cloud and container concepts, observability, and cross-functional collaboration. Eligibility includes enrollment in a four-year undergraduate program, graduation in December 2026 or May 2027 in the United States, a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0, and no visa sponsorship requirement. The base salary is expected to be $52,000 to $110,000 per year at commencement.
