Description
The 2027 BNY Analyst Program – Engineering (Developer) is a 24-month rotational early-career program for high-potential students. Participants will contribute across the software development lifecycle, building and enhancing features, APIs, automation, developer tools, and platform capabilities; supporting testing, release, monitoring, and continuous improvement; and applying modern engineering practices such as source control, code review, automated testing, and CI/CD. The program also provides structured onboarding, mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and training in financial services, technology, and business acumen.
