BNY is recruiting for its 2027 Analyst Program in the Office of the Chief Operating Officer. The 24-month rotational program supports operational excellence, business management, governance, execution discipline, and enterprise enablement through research, process improvement, project and milestone tracking, reporting, and documentation. Participants receive onboarding, mentorship, project work, and training across BNY practices and platforms. Eligibility includes enrollment in a four-year undergraduate program, graduation in December 2026 or May 2027, a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better, and no need for employment visa sponsorship.
