BNY is hiring for its 2027 People, Engagement, and Impact Analyst Program, a 24-month rotational early-career program. The role supports employee experience, talent mobility, employee feedback, change initiatives, corporate affairs, public policy, regulatory relations, philanthropy, and community impact. Analysts will use data, dashboards, surveys, generative AI, and market research to improve people processes and inform workforce and corporate affairs strategies. The program includes structured induction, mentorship, project work, and professional training, and requires enrollment in a four-year undergraduate program, graduation in December 2026 or May 2027 in the United States, a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0, and no visa sponsorship.
