Description
BNY is recruiting for its 2027 Risk and Compliance Analyst Program, a 24-month rotational early-career program. Participants will support risk and compliance activities by applying frameworks and oversight practices, analyzing risks across businesses and functions, and assisting with reviews, reporting, and documentation. The program provides onboarding, project work, mentorship, and exposure to credit, market, liquidity, technology, operational, compliance, model, and enterprise risk. Eligibility includes enrollment in a four-year undergraduate program, graduation in December 2026 or May 2027 in the United States, a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0, and no need for employment visa sponsorship. The base salary is expected to be $52,000 to $80,000 per year at commencement.
