BNY is recruiting for its 2027 Trading Analyst Program, a 24-month rotational early-career program focused on trading execution, transaction processing, operational controls, reporting, reconciliation, market monitoring, risk controls, and process improvement. The program provides structured onboarding, mentorship, project work, and exposure across practices and teams, with eligibility for U.S. graduates in December 2026 or May 2027, a minimum 3.0 GPA, and no visa sponsorship. The base salary is expected to be $52,000 to $95,000 per year at commencement, with additional compensation depending on the position.
