Description
Lazard is hiring a Data Engineer Intern for its AI and Data Group in New York City. The intern will onboard and model datasets on modern cloud data platforms, build reliable pipelines and high-quality data layers, and support analytics, reporting, and machine learning and artificial intelligence workloads. The role requires strong programming, machine learning, and problem-solving skills, along with Python, SQL, Databricks or equivalent Spark, ETL/ELT, cloud, database, data-quality, Git, CI/CD, and containerization experience. The internship is approximately 10 weeks, starting June 7, 2027 and ending August 13, 2027, with a prorated salary of approximately $135,000 USD.
