Lazard is hiring a Data Engineer Intern for its AI and Data Group to onboard and model datasets on modern cloud data platforms, build reliable pipelines, and create high-quality data layers supporting analytics, reporting, and machine learning and AI workloads. The internship is based in New York City, runs approximately 10 weeks from June 7, 2027 through August 13, 2027, and offers a prorated salary of approximately $135,000 USD. Candidates need a bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field, strong Python and SQL skills, cloud and data engineering experience, and familiarity with databases, data quality, Git, CI/CD, and containerization.
