Description
The Aerospace Corporation is hiring a full-time Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer to develop and evaluate advanced AI/ML algorithms, reinforcement learning solutions, deep learning, computer vision, foundation models, and generative AI for aerospace and national security applications. The role includes building data processing, training, inference, and evaluation pipelines, designing experiments, and transitioning successful capabilities to customers. It requires a STEM bachelor’s degree, 0–1 years or more of AI/ML experience, Python and ML framework expertise, reinforcement learning knowledge, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance. The position is 100% onsite in El Segundo, Chantilly, or Colorado Springs, with approximately 10% travel, and offers an annual pay range of $70,000 to $105,000.
