DEAN Camps is hiring a full-time, on-site Assistant Site Director for its summer camp in Washington, DC, from June 14 through August 13. The role supports the Site Director with daily operations, logistics, supplies, family communication, team coaching, behavioral support, incident documentation, and activity coverage. It requires at least two years of summer camp, education, recreation, or youth-development leadership experience, valid First Aid and CPR certification, up-to-date immunizations, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
