Textron is hiring a Salesforce and E-Commerce Intern to support customer-facing teammates with user and operational support for Salesforce and e-commerce applications, analyze customer patterns and tool utilization, collaborate on process analysis and automation, document process discrepancies, perform ad hoc analysis, and complete assigned projects. The internship is paid, full-time, lasts 10 weeks, and includes a prepaid stipend, mentorship, training, and development opportunities. Applicants should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related program; Microsoft Office Suite is preferred, and strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
