Description
The Supply Chain Operations Leadership Development Program is a 24-month immersive experience for high-potential graduates preparing for future operations leadership roles within Wesco. Participants work across inbound, outbound, inventory control, quality, wire cutting, supply chain services, and other operational functions; they lead process improvements, analyze data, support workforce and operational performance, and develop leadership, communication, problem-solving, and people-management skills. The program requires a bachelor's degree completed or expected before the program start date, U.S. work authorization, and strong analytical, organizational, communication, and operational skills; relevant supply chain or operations experience is preferred.
