Description
Workman LLP is hiring a Building Surveyor to provide professional advice on the condition, maintenance, refurbishment, and improvement of commercial properties. The role involves building inspections, property surveys, schedules of condition and dilapidations, defect reports, contract administration, project support, specifications, compliance advice, and client-facing asset improvement programmes. It is a full-time hybrid position with at least three days in the office, including six months of full-time office work, and offers graduate and apprentice pathways toward Chartered Building Surveyor status.
