Workman LLP is hiring a full-time Management Surveyor to oversee the day-to-day management of commercial, industrial, and retail property portfolios. The role provides specialist advice on leases, repairs, maintenance, service charges, tenant applications, rent reviews, lettings, and lease renewals, while supporting clients with property value enhancement and reporting on tenure and physical improvements. The position includes on-the-job training, external events, and hybrid working with at least three days in the office; the first six months require full-time office attendance. Graduate and apprentice pathways are available, with applications closing in December 2026.
