Workman LLP is hiring a full-time Management Surveyor to oversee the day-to-day management of commercial, industrial, and retail property portfolios. The role provides specialist advice on leases, repairs, maintenance, rental income, tenant applications, service charges, health and safety compliance, and value-enhancement opportunities such as rent reviews and lease renewals. It includes on-the-job training, external events, and collaboration with ESG, facilities management, property accounting, and building surveying teams. The position offers hybrid working with at least three office days per week, a 35-hour contract, and benefits including healthcare, life insurance, and a wellness programme.
