Description
The Business Intelligence Rotational Associate Program is a two-year, three eight-month rotational experience for future business leaders in Nuveen's investment management business. Associates partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams on market and competitive research, strategic planning, product and business initiatives, process improvement, and client outcomes, while developing analytical, communication, project management, and leadership skills. The program includes mentorship, professional development, and exposure to senior leadership, with rotations potentially covering Corporate Strategy, Business Management, Responsible Investing, Private and Public Product, and Client Experience. A bachelor's degree is required, no prior experience is required, and the program is intended to start in July 2027. The base pay range is $75,000 to $85,000 per year, with possible performance-based incentives.
