Description
Textron is hiring an Electrical Engineering Intern for a paid, full-time 10-week summer internship. The intern will assist with the design and development of mechanical and electrical systems, including vehicle frames, steering, suspension, axles, drivelines, seating, roll cages, body panels, lighting, electrical harnesses, electrical systems, circuit boards, and microprocessor programming. Responsibilities include project scheduling, functional specifications, test and analysis plans, tolerance studies, engineering drawings, bills of material, GD&T, design reviews, DFA and DFM assessments, and finite element analysis. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Microsoft Office, CAD, Visual Basic or other programming languages, and Matlab are preferred.
