Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Mechanical Engineer for its Fusion rotational training program in Gloucester, Massachusetts. The role supports design projects by coordinating procurement and assembly of mechanical components, developing layouts, schematics, drawings, and specifications, performing engineering analysis and test reports, and designing custom tooling and fixturing. The program begins in Summer 2027 and includes on-site work with 10% travel, a salary of $70,000 to $95,500, and eligibility for relocation. Applicants should be graduating with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, maintain good academic standing, and have a preferred GPA above 3.0; previous internship or related experience and demonstrated leadership experience are considered.
