The Banking Services Operations Development Program is an immersive program for participants to gain professional and analytical experience in banking services operations. Responsibilities include producing reports and spreadsheets, performing data review and reconciliation, drafting procedures, supporting certifications and audits, participating in project and system testing, troubleshooting escalations, and applying risk and regulatory controls. The role requires at least four years of higher education and/or relevant work experience, offers no visa sponsorship, and pays $29.57–$43.99 per hour in Buffalo, New York.
